Help !!!!

hi i have a copy of the new mccodes v2.5 because i am helping my mate set his site up and there seems to be some of the script missing or not working ie searching the streets ect. i tried to add a v2 search to it but it didnt seem to work so was wondering if anybody would like to help me out by fixing it for me please. thanks

Hi Andy! Could you be more specific in your problem, because remember, a lot of people won't have seen the engine. Is there missing files, or what exactly needs fixed?

well basically the main thing iv noticed is there is no rearch the streets or anything so yeah there are files missing i think :/

I don't believe those files are missing, more you have to add that sort of stuff yourself. The idea of MCCodes was to have a basic usable game straight out of the box, and to me, that's attacking and crimes, hospital and jail, user profiles and a staff panel. That's all I'd expect. Never fear though, there's plenty in the free modifications section to get you going to pad out your game!

also say like if i put somebody in hosp it doesent show up at the side of the tab in the menu only shows them when i click on the tab itself

can the v2 mods work with the v2.5 script ?

I believe they do, or require very, very small tweaks. It won't be anything major, as remember v2.5 is technically still in the v2 category.

I have never seen the v2.5 engine I'm afraid, so I'd be no help, but good luck with it.

As already said, they are not “missing” they are just mods a lot of games based off mccodes use. They have never been part of the base engine.
