Some words of advice

1. Don't replace pages with 'This Page Is Down Maintenance' messages, instead, use a temporary page, or don't upload the file until it is finished.
   
2. Personally, there are too many colours on loggedin.php
   
3. Marquee's don't really go (In my opinion)
   

 

Ways to improve

1. Possibly a new layout
   
2. A story Line
   
3. Better server - or - optimise your game (queries and images) due to slow loading times
