The price of things have dropped a lot on this forum :( I would recommend someone like maybe spydre to do it cheap. My prices are a bit out your range sorry but spydre is a great choice if he still does em :)

Peter does a good job, he charges $100 and codes it in too, he took about a week to design a custom unique layout for me and then coded it in 2 days.

You have time to run a game though. If you have $50 now. Then save up until you have $100 and pay someone a decent amount.

If you don't have time to "learn it" you must be working so pay someone.

Majority of the people here have their own obligations and their own bills. Doing free work for someone else because they don't wish to pay for it or take the time to learn it is stupid.

Well its over now someone is willing too do it for me, And he appriciates that hes getting paid for it.. And i dont once turn around and ask for free stuff !!!!!
