Internet Explorer has some different CSS standards which could mess up how your code renders. The best thing to do, as spudinski said is to use the correct web standards. Run your page through the w3c validator (google it) and/or download the popular browser clients (Firefox, IE, chrome, safari) onto your computer and view your site in each one.
