I like the basic idea off this, The only thing I could say is maybe adding the reason into the file then reading it back too the user?

 

I've got something like that on my joblist which would be pretty decent :)

Hmm.. The point is not to use the DB for storage so perhaps we could store the reason within the text file of the IP Ban?
