I will be willing to spend $70 for thr full template which should include (Header.php, Login.php, Register.php), the template should also be sliced and coded so all i have to do is upload it. The designer i am looking for must be well known and have a good rep, as not looking for any cheap wanna be desingers as i have already been scammed by one.
