I found this site called FindIcons.com ( Pretty obvious name, but it took a while to find ).This site has 291,293 icons and counting, with about 2,170 icon sets to make searching easier. You can find anywhere from High quality to pixel icons, Glass or Smooth, etc. So go ahead and give it a try. Most of the icons are royalty-free. Some aren't, but just check the authors website.
