Template - Not coded or very good

Hey everyone, I haven't shared anything really and even though it's not much, I just spent around 30 mins on this template. I just like to fiddle around with all of the stuff on photoshop, and for my next template i'll follow tutorials and all that :) I know there aren't images, this is my first template so be as harsh as you want

I can't code templates yet, so here's the PSD file for you, sorry guys :(

Second one is better

Second one Is better however It still doesn't make a difference In quality, I think you need to Improve It a lot to make It a real template, as It just looks like boxes to me.
