Rainbow City is a cool, new role-playing Browser-Based MMORPG with strong community features catering for young game users. The targeted age group is 10~18 years old, style is imaginary mythical, it included systems like multi-dolls turn-based fighting, user transforming and growing, dolls capture and nurturance, magic card based skills system, user angel growth, saint dress transforming system etc. The story & setting of the game is doll army from outside planet is waken by the power of magic crystal to invade into Rainbow city, and Ocean cuties like Moni, YoYo, Bobby etc. are called up by Haibao to protect Rainbow city and defeat doll army, during which Ocean cuties will grow themselves and transform avatar into mermaid/merman angel, and eventually enter lost land Atlantis.

 

Rainbow City also obtained the only World Expo mascot Haibao authorization in the youth game users market, which is a huge endorsment, and given the world wide impact of World Expo (70 Mio. visitors/700 Mio. publicity reports), it's a huge PR advantage for launching in your market place.

Would you care to elaborate any additional information on what you require?

Funding? Translations? Advertisers? Players? Developers?

On a side note: It's a nice concept however not something I can gather (I think its in Japanese :P)
