attack script

I am looking for a attack script that look sort of like torncitys,obviously not 100% but sortof. This must have good hit ratios weapon pics and also if a player tried to quit the battle he would have a chance to get in hosptial for being unsucessful. And must be secure.

Note this must use pics but they dont have to be provided.

How much will this attack system cost? if someone was to make it

My attack is one click reveal the outcome. Takes into account up to 9 different equipped items which can have different bonus effects for strength, defence and speed.

Also the attacker and defender can use a combination of max 3 different drugs which can increase any or all stats.
