Ok I can't seem to get this working. I put the first (CSS) bit right under body { and the rest just above the endpage function. This doesn't work as it expects a function, but then I add it after endpage and it doesn't come as a bar, just a list thing.

keep all your css or links to css within your <head> </head> in your header.php
