mdshare Posted October 1, 2009 Posted October 1, 2009 Always used crimson editor but switched to notepad++ (following the crowd) but sorry for notepad++ I switched back since a week to crimson editor, I simply find it so much better for what I need it. Quote
TheBigChief Posted October 1, 2009 Author Posted October 1, 2009 I think crimson offers the ability to choose files from the left hand side which is a great addition. Notepad ++ (to my knowledge) doesn't offer this. Quote

Nickson Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 Option E: none of the above depending on what kind of script, I use various development environments. Openkomdo/Komodo Edit, visual studio and intellij idea are the ones I use. Quote
Toppy Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 I'd go with 'E: None of the Above' as well. First off, they sound like all windows editors and that's sucky! :) Lately, for coding, I'm mostly using Eclipse and Netbeans. If its just a quick edit its either JOE or Gedit. Quote
Nickson Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 eh, watch it :p both openkomodo / komodo edit and intelliJ are cross platform ;) Quote
Toppy Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 eh, watch it :p both openkomodo / komodo edit and intelliJ are cross platform ;) LOL, sorry, I meant the first 4 options of the poll when I made the windows reference. I knew Komodo was cross platform. :) Quote
Nickson Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 hehe no worries, and yes they kinda do, then again, not much of a difference between the names either xD Quote
