I paid a guy on here $160 for a template and he seems to have disappeared somewhere after I got really annoyed with him for making a template that was worth $30. A ready built one can cost from $10 - $100. It depends mostly on who you choose, you can find a designer who will do an awesome design but has no knowledge of how to convert that to a html code. I usually just set a max amount on what i want to pay for the design and try to find someone that can do anything near to it. I usually get someone who can code it so i spend less time sorting it out. Quote
