this is nothing to do with games

so please really if you are a proper pro coder

ermm some information on what you will be doing

build a permission system from scratch

thats all i know of

This offer won't be taken seriously, your so called friend should be posting himself. Not getting someone else to do it. You want 18+? You spelling, grammar and sentence strutchure gives off the impression your around the age of 8-14. Why would you need a professional for a permission system? Are you sure you or your friend can afford a professional PHP programmer. I think only one or two on this forum would actually class them selves as professionals.
