Setting a max sig size?

Hey guys, I'm sure some people have come into this problem before with people using ridiculously large pictures in their signatures. I was wondering if there was a way to set a maximum size to a signature or the pictures inside of it.

you can make it, forcing the sig file to be or if you host the user files (which i doubt) you can set a filesize limit and a lock as the first one. Also, forcing the width and height, it makes easier to work with the layout without it getting all screwed up for different file widths and heights
