add city doesn't work.

Ok. i can edit cities just fine but when i add cities it doesn't work. i go to admin panel ->add city->Then i type in the info..->then i press enter, and it erases the data as though inever typed anythign. it also doesn't add any cities. i searched and didn't see any problems like this. i have V2 (legal) Who knows whats wrong?

This question has been answered a few times already....do a search...i dont know the exact place, but i do know there is a missing comma in the code
