I have now switched directions, although I will probably still use this mod, but it will be more advanced. As well as a user won't be able to just go and buy a house and their will go up... they will have to build it, but in order to build it they have to take some school courses first, then collect materials, etc. Also going to make jobs functional as well. I'm also trying to make something kind of like the game Fallout 3, where the whole city is destroyed and players are left to find all of their items, trade with other players, etc. Rather than just going and buying their items.
