Does your database user have access? if not you prob didnt delete install.php and someone changes your crap

Check the config.php file, it contains your host username and password - Double check these are the correct details to log into your hosts cpanel

Someone hacked it, but I deleted installer.php so they cannot do it anymore, thanks you guys

like they said sounds like the infortaion in your config file is wrong, just chagne info there.

I banned a user, it just took over my admin panel but just edited some files
