Using commercial images is always tricky -- you just have to be careful that you have the correct permissions to use them on whatever medium you use. There has been far to much image theft demonstrated in MCcodes games in the past... Legality (or not), this mod simple demonstrates a basic technique - namely that of image maps. Perhaps the OP should have chosen a better image, maybe not, but as everyone will want a different explore screen, there's no real merit to this as a mod.
