Re: Good Hosts? I stick with LunarPages, all our sites are hosted by them and I never had any poblems, customer support has always answerd fast if I had a question.

Re: Reachads ok balance improved I managed to get now a 32% diff as publisher/advertiser , hopefully I can manage it to a 0% difference or even a minus difference so that profit is actually made with it.

Re: Kiddy Cartel Well I got the word from DragonFly Game studios that if someone is serious in building a game that they could get some support. Thier words: if someone gets serious, we may be able to provide a little casual support So I don't want to purge anyone to make something with this engine, but getting some support from a REAL Game Developers Company is very nice even if it's a little bit.

Re: Make Money from Your Site with these tips ! The more traffic a site can generate the better has always been my opinion but I think games need to target also. As their revenue is not advertising but members that pay for premium services. Or games could make eg a Adsense slot on each page, with a extra premium service or have it included in the donators package example non donators > ads are shown donators > ads are not shown simple function to create, and it would generate also extra revenue for the game, my way is using publisher money to advertise

Re: Reachads at this point it's more traffic that counts instead of signups getting the name out to the world in combination adsense and reachads as publisher I can't complain as the extra traffic generated a extra 20% revenue for that day so now it's trying to find a balance to have it as a 0 operation cost (ad budget/publishing) or have some extra. If I can generate a balance with adcampaigns/publishing this would become the cheapiest easiest way to advertise game wise, you need signups as you have different ways than I do to make money. So you do need signups and donators.

Ok I'm impressed, I re-invested the earned money as publisher with reachads to advertise CE well stats can't lie, as you see reachads has a massive click through rate I bet games can have even more signups than a forum. Interested click ReachAds

Re: Developing locally on your own local PHP/MySQL/Apache server that's new to me, since when does it not exist You can easily setup cron from Plesk >> Domains > domain name > Task scheduler > on a windows server see the >>>> task scheduler <<<< that is the equivalent of the cronjobs on linux/unix servers if not installed on plesk you may need to install a 3rd party scheduling software which is easy found but very doubtfull it isn't installed.
