I guess "Scripting" would be the correct word, as PHP is a scripting language. Programming/Coding are used more often though, programming also sounds more professional than coding.

Bee MP3 operates legally as all content is on remote severs (I don't believe they store anything on their own servers). However, if someone was to download anything then this would be illegal. Read up on the law?

No offence but the colours on this page: http://wayofthemafia.com/ (it's all CSS as well [i've been told] and that's not even a real login) look better than the colours you use. It's too dark, not enough contrast beween input fields and the background, I know you want it to be dark but some contrast is needed. However, I like the internal layout (not the colours though).

I'll see if I can get the developer on here to add more information, hopefully, but the index page gives a bit of info.
