Here my opinion your making a game which i agree 40+ people made for money but can't you like put new images and stuff i mean right now someone could be reporting your site with a DMCA and also if you making it non profit how are you going to keep paying the server rent that holds the people to play your so called pokemon game and what unique about it looks the same as other pokemon MMORPG game i won't go on any further than that
