Just imagine how pissed you would be. I mean picture it from the perspective of the guy who actually worked to get those followers on facebook. I'd be pissed.

If you don't want to answer his questions then just ignore the thread. He didn't ask if he was qualified to start a site and he wasn't looking for people to complain about typos in his thread title.

My intention was to have a programmer contact me so we can discuss it. I'm trying to put myself in the programmer's shoes. I wouldn't want to give a price without having more information than I could reasonably post here.

It's completely text based and the programming required isn't too complicated compared to the stuff I've seen on this site. I've been involved with similar web games for over 4 years now and I've helped develop over a dozen. I've seen some work out and others fail. I'm looking to get a rough idea on a price so I can figure out if I want to code it myself. I'm dealing with a time issue. I co-own a business which doesn't leave me with enough time to finish this in the time frame I'd like to without subbing out some of the work. I've used subcontractors for programming before and I like to get an estimate of hours required and an hourly rate or a lump sum price. Do I need to post a picture of my money before you take me seriously? ;) I would just rather not talk about it on an open forum but if I have to do that before someone will even talk to me, let me know.

I'm looking to get a quote for programming a game from a reputable programmer. It's a fairly simple game and I could do it myself but I would like to get someone with some experience to code the core of this game. I'm a serious buyer with plenty of money available. I've got detailed plans for what I'm looking for and I'm just looking for someone to do the main programming. I will finish it and make it look nice. I would rather not discuss the details of the game openly so please send me a message for details. All I will say is that it is something that has not been done before.
