I'm looking for an inventory mod that works, you can equip boots amulets, 2 rings, helmet, cuirass, greaves, boots, gauntlets, weapon, weapon/shield. and able to add new armors/weapons in the staff panel with it. Thank you

An estate.php that you can buy a house and if you want to get the next house instead of buying you can upgrade. so if your house currently costs $50,000 and next house is $100,000 instead of paying $100,000 you only pay $50,000. 5 tables (Names, Value, Upgrade cost, Will Bar and purchase.
