You should have it so if there are nowone who will play make like 50 npc and you can match make aginst and gain level in your car mod and gain cash and stats but you can also matchmake agist other users if there online or something but the npcs should't be user but just people with car not user at all of kind cause that will take time just make it built in.

Maybe anway i dont need help i taking my game ofline until i get more stuff and make it good and then restart so i can have loads of stuff on a lite game lol
