  1. Link? Cut? Expectations? Your role? Name of game? Direction you want to go?
  2. You can say it's being a 'jerk' or just calling it like it is. Only time, this year, that I've posted on this forum are due to people like Syed, who try to scam people.
  3. That is true. I take back my original statement. I just got done reading Syed's thread, which was filled with lies, so just figured he was saying he created it himself. My fault.
  4. Ouch. Why do people lie about creating an engine/game/etc? It's all over the internet. Gosh. Couldn't even come up with a name for it.
  5. If all this is true, which I am not agreeing it is, you are trying to selling a crappy version of a script that is all over the internet for +$150? Plus, with that attitude, I highly doubt anyone would feel safe doing business with you. One post and you turn into a hot head, instead of trying to address my points. Lastly, I would assume it's 'Bank' only as it would become difficult for someone to get a refund once they find out it's filled with bugs, as I've already seen 2 pages producing errors and that was 2 minutes of checking.
  6. First, this is not an engine you created. Second, it is not worth +$150. Third, it's buggy. Fourth, there are copies of this all over the internet, I even have one.
  7. Well, all you have to do is compare: http://www.mobygames.com/images/shots/l/308856-vile-city-cyberpunk-gang-simulator-browser-screenshot-what.jpg and http://www.prisonstruggle.com/ to your template. Then let me know if it's not stolen.
  8. You do know that every bit of your template is stolen from someone elses' game, right? Ranging from Prisonstruggle to VileCity.
  9. Do they know that you are selling the source that they apparently own?
  10. My question for you would be if the game makes a substantial amount of income, why sell your source? That makes zero sense to me. Wouldn't you want to keep the source and just publish an english version on top of what you have?
  11. Single player games don't last long for longevity. Most people play games for the social aspect. Yes, there are some games in which people will pay where it's mostly themselves, however, if only 10% of it relies on interaction then I can see a good amount of people leaving after a day or so.
  12. I didn't know it was from RavanScript, but I figured he didn't make it. It just doesn't make sense from the simple questions he was asking that he would know how to come together. Tutorial or not, the questions asked just last week were the most basic practices when one starts off in programming. Saying that, then you coming up here and trying to show us a complete mod but say you can get it to work but others can just doesn't make any sense at all. Nice try.
  13. '.number_format($mission["task_two_amount"]).' ---- Take a look at that.
  14. Braidz, are you 100% sure you did this? Something about this makes me feel like you found the Mod, and now are trying to pass it as yours in hope that one will help you fix it up as you are 'releasing' it to the public for 'free'. Watching you from your previous threads would give me little confidence that you would know where to start on coding on a mod.
  15. You can tell by announcements, he is trying to make a lot of cash off of the members before someone buying it. He has done a lot of sales in the last couple of days. Terrible business practice. I would recommend anyone from not buying it.
  16. Not 100% true. I can grab paypal transactions from a different game or from individuals and say that they are from the game. Or, I can easily edit it through "Developer" mode on google. It's really hard with these type of games to verify revenue. They aren't a set-up business.
  17. This game is overly done. The script has been used on so many games with just a re-skin. Only way one can make money from it, will be to start one and gain all they money from the beginning players. They tend to pay a lot for long members/packages, so trying to sell it now means that the owner will most likely have to wait a while before he sees any actual cash. You have all the right to price what you want it as, but this is a fair warning to anyone who might. I highly doubt the sale price is worth it. Plus, it's always hard to show the true revenue from these games. (Could be an old database, could be manually inputted transactions by owner, could be from another game, etc.)
  18. Available for a client or 2. Just contact me on Skype @ pleaman05 if you have any work that needs to be done. Pete
  19. Thank you! This isn't the newest version though. I will be releasing that game next Friday, will be same style but much better design and actual storyline + 100's of new stages.
  20. Full rights? He would have full rights when hiring the individual freelancer to build it automatically. To charge someone for 'full rights' on top of the time they paid you for is ridiculous. Such practices are looked down upon and I started to see certain people on here use that as their argument when dealing with clients. It's stupid and immature. You get paid to work on code. Once that time is done, the client who paid for your service owns 100% rights of that code.
  21. To be honest, a lot of companies hire out at times even in fields that they are familiar with. I do graphic designs, but I hire out when I know I can grab a better service than I. - - - Updated - - - To be honest, a lot of companies hire out at times even in fields that they are familiar with. 22. You can play each level in about 1 minute. As you progress, you might have to try it a couple more times as you try to gain the 3 stars. 120 will give me enough time to expand the game and promote it.
  23. Thanks, hope to get in contact with someone soon. Looking to release the game on the market in a week.
  24. Hello MWG, I am looking to hire some level designers for one of my APPs that I am about to release, Ice Drift. I am going to need about 80 levels designed for the moment, ranging from easy to moderate level of difficulty. I'll plan on what elements will be used through what range of levels, but it's kind of hard to keep coming up with new level ideas. Qualifications: - Creativity level - Must not be redundant and have some thought about the game Objectives: - Create 80 levels for the first 2 locations of my game. - Levels will have to progress from Easy to Moderate/Medium Hard Tasks: - You will be provided a list of different elements that are on the game map - You will then take those elements and place them in a vertical path to provide an obstacle course in which your character, Bobo, must go through. - Each level must look different. This is a paid job and the candidate must be professional/mature. I know who is around here and who I don't want to work with. If you have to second guess if you are right for this then don't message me. Contact me on here for initial interviewing. Regards, Pete
