Ok, yes dreamwaver is for HTML. All you do is tables images videos etc... the code output is html, css and js, try adding php or anything else it doesnt work......

I once used VB studio 2008, it adds the } on the edd on the things aswell, endded up having to delete a } every time i finished a funcion thing

Sorry, but 35 bucks, just isnt enought for what your asking for. Your wanting a mascot, which alone cost anywhere from about 100 bucks, and a template witch coists about the same.
