  1. Looks nice and simple! Great use of the various objects and textures.
  2. I would like to state that I no longer work alongside George and all work that was completed by him will not be being used by me. Due to this I request (yet again) for the name of this topic to have my name removed. I am currently investigating my Illustrator and I will report back on how that goes alongside evidence to prove him being legit.
  3. Ubuntu - Turns out it's just windows vista with themes. Loved that :L
  4. I'd like to "vote" in essence for this idea. I think it could promote new people coming towards the forum.
  5. Simplest way to get it fixed is to contact your host.
  6. Just out of interest because 3D is something I may explore at a later date, what programs/tools are you using for the textures, lighting and so on?
  7. I've experienced this to. Such a damn pain when things don't work properly.
  8. Best way would to use a custom font instead of having the text basically "hard coded" into the image, This way when you change or add a new link you don't have to worry about forgetting which font you used and so on. Also improves the website if you have visually impaired users.
  9. I am off course protecting my company and I will make sure that George is informed in how to resolve these situations and not try and find a flaw with work you have created. I apologise for his actions towards you in the previous post. Your example is more valid then mine but it's late and I was struggling to think of a decent example to do with online services.
  10. Djkanna noticed it was spam and put the posts in there own topic where they should be what is wrong with that? Also md is posting as you said that you and he did the whole layout (i will look for the post in a moment) So this post is, well it was in the wrong topic, vaild. buy and use stuff all you wish we all do,however do not say they are yours. That was the whole point of his post... Sorry, but let me get this straight. So if I said "I completely made this cup of coffe" does that mean I have to grow my own "coffe" and then harvest it and produce it into coffe beans. This is is why I don't see his point to be valid. Many designers use other people's assests to create their work. I obviously said that we created the layout in the most simplest form due to I didn't see their being a need to a explain how every element was sourced or created.
  11. So you are calling me an asshole for posting? If this topic goes into anymore attacks (on anyone) I am going to lock it and just leave it locked i am sure it would to dave The world of good as it is... I would prefer this topic to remain unlocked. I am proud of my companies work and I am very certain that our site is not breaching any laws what so ever. I wish for mdshare to attempt to prove me wrong at any point but I would need proof showing that the images are solely stolen and used against the rights of the original owner. If he cannot do so, then it just proves what kind of a man he is?
  12. @dominion The comment wasn't really aimed at you as much so as Djkanna. I think of you highly for seeing my request to have the topic locked and doing so. Where as I was not impressed with Djkanna's actions towards my request. I requested the topic to be locked. Not removed. I agree staff members should not be able to get any topic they wish removed but locking is a different matter. If that post had continued it could of ended up in a horrible state which would then mean it would need to be removed.
  13. I welcome you to post proof that we somehow stole images that we had drawn up. I have the .tiff files sitting here on my computer so feel free to try and prove we didn't create them. and to create a layout is to generally put together a load of other assests (Including brushes, textures and certainly other images of the internet) and them make them into some form of web page. For instance the MWG logo contains an image of a game controller. I'm sure you didn't create that mdshare. I solely welcome you to prove that in this there is copyright issues? Please present them all to me formally or they will be ignored and dis-guarded. Also I'd like to say to djkanna and dominion, I love how you are improving the PR of MWG by what I would call targeting an individual or in this case a party instead of being mutual and helping the situation be resolved.
  14. So how much of it did you and him do? Just to clear it up... Well George created a large amount of it, but obviously we didn't create the blue prints, that report towards the bottom left, the image of the soldier on the ID card and the dog tag. As far as I'm aware we created everything else using textures and various brushes. Also all the images we have used we believe to not hold any copyright. As I have also stated, This page is temporary. We have a new one which is ready to be implemented soon.
  15. Yes it's an image from google? Is this a concern to you? No copyright is present for the image? How many other template designers use images from google and other public sources? I imagine you have on a number of occasions. Your point is yet again. Invalid.
  16. We never stated that we created the text on InfantryX, we used the logo from the originally template that peter created where the text was purchased from GameSiteTemplates. We have a new template being created which removes the use of this text to make our site 100% custom. I apologise on behalf of me and George if any confusion has been caused over the logo text on the site.
  17. It looks like you've missed copying the first 3-4 lines of the code.
  18. Out of interest did you create all the 3D models used in these renders? Or are they used from other sources?
  19. Sorry I wasn't aware he said that. I was asking for peoples view not for people to try and sell me items I don't need? and each item took around 1 hour this was from sketch to colour which I imagine you could not reproduce to the same quality? The cost for these items for us are not present because we have a very talented illustrator on our team.
  20. We are using realistic weapons but we are creating a huge list of weapons and then filtering the ones we want to use in this game and the using the others in different projects. The final list is a long way of from being finalised. If I have resources I wouldn't be wanting to purchase one of your renders or images. Thanks for the offer but the answer is obvious.
  21. In my personal opinion I wouldn't just secure the potentially vulnerable files, I'd secure every single file including any modification you install. This way if another bug is ever discovered you will be protected.
  22. Our game is intending to have over 100 items so we wanted them detailed but didn't want our team spending 5 hours per an image. So we kept them basic but nice.
  23. Thank you, I've been pushing the team as much as possible to get client work and our own completed as quickly and efficiently as possibly. I'll try and keep you updated with new things going on with the site.
  24. My company has just started creating all our item images for our new game InfantryX: Free Military Based Game and I just wanted to get peoples views on the images, They've all been hand drawn by the team at Oxyden.
