Although pbbg.com is also a player-inclusive community vs MWG which is more dev-purposed, the subject matter is very much relevant. This coming Saturday, Jul 11th we will be having a one-off more dev-focused presentation from janiczek of NuAshworld, who will be doing a demo of Lamdera: Quote I want to share my experience using Lamdera to write the PBBG NuAshworld. Lamdera aims at minimizing boilerplate needed for various web app tasks: DB persistence, multiplayer features like broadcast, HTTP/WebSocket transport and JSON encoding/decoding, hot reload migrations, and so on. The downside is a niche language (though it's better than JavaScript) and some vendor lock-in. It makes my dev life really pleasant - come and learn!
