Hello everyone,

I would like to share a small browser-based project that focuses on a very simple but engaging mechanic: finding hidden stars inside illustrated scenes featuring the popular character Talking Tom.

The project is called Talking Tom Hidden Stars, and it is designed as a lightweight HTML5 game that runs instantly in the browser without downloads or login requirements.

🔎 Core Gameplay

The concept is straightforward:

  • Each level presents a detailed image.

  • Players must locate a fixed number of hidden stars.

  • There is a time limit to increase difficulty.

  • Clicking in the wrong place reduces available time.

Despite the simplicity, the game works well because:

  • Visual clutter increases gradually.

  • Star placement requires attention to detail.

  • Levels become progressively more challenging.

⚙️ Technical Approach

The project was built using:

  • HTML5 Canvas

  • JavaScript for interaction logic

  • Optimized image assets for fast loading

  • Responsive layout for mobile and desktop

The main focus during development was performance and accessibility — especially for users on lower-end devices.

🎯 Target Audience

The game primarily targets:

  • Casual players

  • Younger audiences

  • Fans of Talking Tom-style characters

  • Users looking for quick, no-install browser games

💡 Feedback Request

If anyone here works on similar hidden object or casual browser games, I would appreciate feedback on:

  • Difficulty balancing

  • UI/UX improvements

  • Replay value strategies

  • Monetization approaches for lightweight browser games
