It's not properly gathering you DB information more than likely. Did you fix the db connection issue you stated in a previous thread?

yes I was already do that db connection issue.

Ah right, I just looked it up. This looks like whoever your host is, is having issues on their end. You may need to wait a while before you'll be able to successfully do anything.

The HyperText Transfer Protocol (HTTP) 503 Service Unavailable server error response code indicates that the server is not ready to handle the request. Common causes are a server that is down for maintenance or that is overloaded.

I guess the next question is, have you altered the register page in any way?
