Assuming I'm reading this correctly; some of the cheapest Domain Names I've seen you can get from Crazy Domains; $8/year for a .com -- could be in AUD. If I'm not mistaken GoDaddy also has cheap domains. Alternatively you can look into dot.tk-- which is free.
