Attack addition

Hello

I am wanting to add a Attack section to the game.

So on the left columm would be attack

This would open a action so a player could attack random npc within level or animals. and recieve a min amount of exp according to the players level and possible a drop of cash with each kill.

im looking for suggestions on how to do this i have been making muds for so long ive kind lost touch with all the proper layout to make this work.

should i use $_get varaiable to make this?

any suggestions would be greatful
