Okay so over the past year I've seen an increase in streaming sites and a handful of broadcasting programs.

My question is, what ones work best together?

Overall quality, lag (ping and FPS)...

My choice is xFire and twitch.

[EDIT]Does anyone here own a streaming site (videos, audio, live streams?)
