Looking for a skilled graphics designer...

Hello,

So basically I've been working on a post-apocalyptic themed text-based game for a while that is built from scratch. However I suck when it comes to grahpic design and so the visual side of the site is lacking. Now whilst my game isn't ugly it is indeed very plain, and so I'm looking for a graphics designer to help take the aethestic side of the site to the next level.

I'm wanting to find someone I can preferably partner with over a long period of time, as this is going to be a lengthy project and I will need a lot of graphics done. I would need graphics creating for a multitude of different things such as background images, a couple of logos, in-game item images etc. All work would be paid. I've never done anything like this before so I have no idea what the going rates are so I will discuss costs whoevers work I am interested in.

Also if anybody has anyone they could recommend for this then please do. For anyone who is interested who posts in this topic could you please also post links to examples of some of your work.
