Content writer: Help section

I need someone to get a feel for my game by using their intuition and figuring things out. A logical person who can explain what is going on.

Basically i need someone who can write a Help Section. The help section should be in English, well formatted and readable, logical and without spelling errors (obviously).

I would not require a special design or anything, just the overall explanations of how things function and run, and maybe some tips and tricks you have discovered yourself.

What would someone charge for this kind of thing?
