First 10$ for this sort of mod, is not good pay at all and it's not as simple as you think. 10$ is about 30 minutes of some good web developers time (based on average costs). I am pretty sure they can not make a facebook layout with the programming, css, status, and blocking ability for just 10$. I would bump your price up about 5-10x.
