I remember back in the year 2000 when I used to play all of these games, there used to be tons of games where you train an army and attack, or build up some sort of force one way or another. Games such as world wars, Planetarion, Imperial Conflict etc.. but now they all seem to be based on a single character, i.e. all of the crime/gangster games, is this because of the vast amount of game engines that cater for single character games? and that certain aspects of the game are somewhat less complex? Has the interest in those games gone? Or is it just that no one has developed a purely unique fleet based game? Discuss :) j0nAsh Quote
