All users can send message

How can i make to have all users the option add friends add enemy...and to can access mailbox and send messages without donation. I want something normal.

The files have an if() near the top to check if the user has any days just remove that. same with the menu, remove the if.

if(!$ir['donatordays']) {
// kill page + show error
} 

Should look something like that (with code, and not a comment).
