Asking for layout

Hey would any of you gifted artist feel generous enough to do me either 2 options 1.) make a layout for me & parnters game that we want a new cool layout for or 2.) give me a good website to learn how to make layouts from. If you choose option 1 just know it's a naruto game(ninjas) if that helps. Thanx in advance

Just use google and you will find a lot of tutorials how to create a site template.
