6Callum Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 User Notes – Logs every IP that has been on the account with amount of times it has been used (Really helpful with multiple account cases.) Shows the last ten: cash / bar / item transfer on there. With the option to go in to more detail showing every: cash / bar / item transfer that user has made. Moderators & Above only! Shows all the warnings user has been gave with what they’ve said. Shows all the bans they’ve received (These cannot be removed, not even by admin un editable system automatically adds it with the staffer that warned / banned the user and their reason.) When loading up the user notes page you must input the ID of the user you want to access then a reason why you’re accessing them (this will then be logged on the notes by the system) On user notes moderators will also have the option to view the point transactions and market logs of the user as well as credit the points. When they do this a note will be required which is auto added to the account. There will also be options available to secretaries and administrators to “Credit: Money Bars Items” and “Remove: Money Bars Items” When either of those actions is credited there’ll be the option to credit and remove with a reason which is then auto added to the users notes. There is also the punishment options, jail, forum ban, mail ban, warn, release. Again this will then require the amount of time and a reason why which is automatically added to the user notes. Jail, secretary & above. Mail ban, moderators & above. Forum ban, helpers & above. At the top of the user notes there will be this information shown in a table: Property, Marital Status, Bars, Money, ID, Name, Merits, and Stats. These things will be able to help staff members in whatever case they are investigating, from past experience a user notes system advanced as this is very, very helpful. Does anyone have a user notes system like that? I recently typed it up as an ideal one for a friend of mine whose desiging one... I practically typed out a whole staff pannel and told him I'd look arround to see if anyone else has a system like this in place. Sorry if this is wrong place didn't know where to put it. I have designed a similar system in the past on a game but not quite as in-depth as what you have listed. In any case, your idea would be very useful for staff members and game owners. Quote

I have created a really good staff pannel (imo) in Microsoft Word, but the only thing that limits me is the fact that I can not code. I'd love to learn, I have a basic knowledge not extense enough to make something as good and usefull as that. Quote
Danny696 Posted February 23, 2011 Posted February 23, 2011 Wait, you made a staff panel in Ms Word. How exacally have you done that :S If you coded it, why not download a syntax highlighted text editor, like notepadd++ Simple to use, doent take up much room... Quote
