Cpanel problems

Hello i seem to be having problems with any domain cpanels it either says The system cannot find the file specified. or it says sorry http://www.domainname.com is taking to long to respond any ideas why

i thought maybe because of dns servers updating or something ive clean my history and all that stuff still doesnt work please help

It happens with any cpanel nothing will come up but those errors

What do you want to happen, and what is happening?

You are talking about DNS, and yet the page loads. So scrap that idea, because the server is already locating the other server.

You may do a DNS test if you want though, Pingdom and DNSStuff offers great free ones.
