I have never used the script before so I wouldn't know what to look for within the db.

Cpanel -> PHPMyAdmin -> DB -> "users"/whatever -> Browse -> Edit your account..

Here's how to do it

Right, go into your Xpanel (the thing with phpMyAdmin on it), open up phpMyAdmin, and on the left hand side click the database for your game, then there'll be a list of tables, find the one called users (near the bottom) and click the little table image to the right of the writing, then click the pencil (edit) by your name, now find the option userlevel, and tick the box that says 2, then go to the bottom of the page and click go.

You're done :)
