Christmas Mods

Several people seem to have lack of imagination to create themed modifications.

With christmas closing in, here are some ideas you as mod writer could work out for the mccode community.

1. Advent Calender

Concept: Each day a player can scratch a door (scratch card system) and a random prize is under the door. (js/php/mysql or a flash/actionscript/xml/mysql)

2. Christmas Tree

Concept:

Part 1: Jobs drop extra items randomly that can be used to decorate a christmas tree. (js/php/mysql , gamequery could be usefull here) Certain combinations of added items could give a perm/temp stat bonus.

Part 2: After christmas , the trees get often burned, so players could burn there tree for a award based on the amount of eg explosives used as decoration....

Another Christ mod, could be where you have a simple mod. You have a feature where santa clause is hiding in pages but it keeps rotating, if you are on the page at the right time, then you get a little nice Christmas for spotting him. I mean it's nothing you really have to do but something nice and simple I would believe.

1 = Christmas cracker as an Item pull with someone on your friendslist to get cash or an item

2 = Santas stocking users put one of their own items into the stocking each day on 25th stocking selects one winner who gets all items from it.

3 = Throw a mince pie at the users in jail..
