Mobile Network 3 Twitter problems

Okay well recently i have made Twitter part of my daily life, & it's frustrating when suddenly you can't access it via you're phone etc. Well the first time around after lots of tries i got onto the sign in page of Twitter (from 3 network because it's free) and i have been going on it daily from my phone. Well a few days ago, i was doing something and it says this link so i thoughout it was something to do with Twitter (This is all happening on my phone) and i click it which signs me out of Twitter. Now every time i click twitter from my phone it gets me onto the Homepage pretty quickly and i can acess some other pages but it won't load the sign in page

Basically what happens when i try to Sign in is, it dosen't load and after a while says Web-Connection time out - Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem, and if anybody can help me solve it.

Well i have got 2 orange sim cards & 2 3 sim cards. To be honest haven't used any other networks besides them 2 - 3 network is mainly used because they provide free msn/twitter and ebay.
