SQL problem

well I am a newb at coding I can do html, php and little SQL and I got a free domain to see if I could get a game up and I got this error

could anyone give me tips/help/guides??

Fixed it easily just connected to the database didn't think of that but now I get this error?? I'm so confused

QUERY ERROR: No database selected

Query was SELECT * FROM settings

you havent run the installer.php file or there is a sql file in the upload folder that you can just insert into a db in myadmin

Thanks I'll see what I can do, my friend who is also a coder told me my first problem was to do with config.php so I edoted that then got the second one now will try what you said, thanks for the reply

if you do the 1st option make sure afterwards you delete installer.php and close register to stop people hacking your game or re running your installer which then re writes your config file

Nobody knows about the site yet, gonna add a different layout and stuff first maybe add a couple mods..... will do that though thanks....

You need to import the SQL file too the database :')
