An estate.php that you can buy a house and if you want to get the next house instead of buying you can upgrade. so if your house currently costs $50,000 and next house is $100,000 instead of paying $100,000 you only pay $50,000. 5 tables (Names, Value, Upgrade cost, Will Bar and purchase.

This can be easily done without having to rewrite a mod, just take the price of your next house and price of your current house then put in a formula $new_price = $new_House - $old_House , so it will take the prices and just give you the new price. I could be wrong, please correct if i am. Though it seems very simple.
