Equinox Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 Erm, I wanted to make a forum signature or tag, w/e you call 'em, but I didn't know what to create until I stumbled across a good stock image. The stock image I used is: http://www.sxc.hu/photo/1288797 Then I just went on to make the signature, I designed a background using a mixture of images that I'd combined, a lot of erasing went on and smudging, I then made a cool gradient to chuck on other the top :D Took me quite a while to do this one as a good majority of it is draw to get the lines right and perfect the lighting. So yeah, the woman is generally the only stock I used Comment =p V2: Used different C4D, fixed some missing pixel issues and changed a light source Quote
Equinox Posted July 17, 2010 Author Posted July 17, 2010 I'm not a beginner, I've been doing GFX for a while XD I prefer doing things like this because it uses more tools within photoshop. We're going into smudging techniques, photofilters and C4D's in what I do =D Quote
Zero-Affect Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 So then that was a diss from me then ;) lol Quote
Equinox Posted July 17, 2010 Author Posted July 17, 2010 Pretty much, anyway - I fixed it up a bit: Added a border and fixed pixels missing by her arm in the bottom left corner of her body: Â V2: I removed the light and added a different C4D Quote
Danny696 Posted July 17, 2010 Posted July 17, 2010 Second one is better, but you cant really see the equniox on it Quote
Equinox Posted July 17, 2010 Author Posted July 17, 2010 "Equniox" isn't meant to show much - it's just there so one: It's not ripped and two: You can see it's mine. None the less, I think if it were to show more, it'd ruin it a little bit. Takes the view away from the main focal Quote
Swift-Fusion || Swift Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Awesome work, well done. :) Regards, Swift. Quote
