where can I download the GRPG game engine/ framework?

Its not a free game engine, you'll have to buy it from Publius, which I haven't heard from him for ages...

And his game is down...

Search "GRPG Download" on Google to see downloads of GRPG, but don't download the illegal/leaked versions, find a site selling it, or if you download the leaked version (highly not recommended), your site can be possibly taken out if Publius sees it, but he will probably CBA to report your site.

(not saying you should download the leaked version).

To be honest I don't see why GRPG is becoming so popular recently it's a pile of ......... Yeah.

Try make your own or go for one of the better ones listed here.
