Image or some graphics in a section

THE COLOUR BEHIND THE WRITING ETC.

That part of my login page is to plain. And was wondering could i add and image or some graphic work into it suit the game content more. :P

Thats the currant colour, Any help on how to add an image? Studying up in HTML still.
